How much does AI automation cost?
Every project has a fixed scope and price, agreed in writing before work begins. AI Strategy Consulting starts at €4,000, and Customer Care, Sales, Marketing, Admin and Operations projects start at €5,900. You get the project price and the running costs in writing. All prices exclude VAT.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. You receive one fixed price before we start, and it does not change during the project. Scope, price and go-live date are agreed in writing.
What does it cost after launch?
Running the AI agent has a monthly fee, which is stated in the proposal. For call center agents, call minutes are billed by use.
Is it worth it for a smaller company?
It is worth a closer look when a task costs you around €10,000 a year or more in staff time or missed customers. In our first reply we tell you whether automation makes sense for your company.
What happens on the free call?
You walk us through one process. We tell you whether AI pays off there and whether we are the right people to build it. If it does, you get scope, price and go-live date in writing. If it doesn't, we say so. The call is free and you don't commit to anything.
