AI Strategy & Readiness Assessment

Know exactly where AI will save or make your company money — before you spend anything on a build. A clear, practical plan with a data audit, an ROI-backed business case for every recommended task, and a step-by-step roadmap. Priced upfront. Delivered in 4–8 weeks.

You know AI can help. The hard part is knowing where to start.

Most decision-makers don't need convincing anymore — they know AI can save their company money. What's missing is the starting point: which tasks should AI take over first? Is your data good enough for it to work with? What will it cost, what will it return, and how will you know it's working?

Without those answers, companies buy AI tools or run small pilots and quietly spend time and money without results. According to Deloitte, only about a quarter of organizations have moved at least 40% of their AI experiments into production¹ — and only 42% consider their strategy genuinely ready for broader AI deployment.²

The difference between experimenting with AI and getting results from it is a plan. That's what this assessment produces.

¹ Deloitte, "State of AI in the Enterprise 2026": roughly 25% of organizations have moved at least 40% of their AI experiments into production.

² Deloitte, "State of AI in the Enterprise 2026": 42% of companies rate their strategy as highly ready for broad AI deployment (survey of 3,235 leaders across 24 countries, Aug–Sep 2025).

Why this matters in 2026

  • CEOs and board members want numbers, not pilots. They no longer want to hear "we're testing it." They want to see savings or new revenue.
  • The EU AI Act is in force — and GDPR still applies. Rules for using AI now exist, with more taking effect over the next two years, and AI systems that touch personal data must hold up under GDPR too. Deploy without accounting for either and you build up problems for later.
  • The gap is compounding. Companies that moved AI into production are already banking the savings. Every quarter of "still evaluating" makes the gap more expensive to close.

What we examine

We get to know how your company actually works — then hand you a plan. Five things go under the microscope:

  1. 01

    Your day-to-day work.

We talk to the right people in the departments covered by your package — online or in person — and find where time and money leak: the slow, repetitive, error-prone work.

  2. 02

    Your ability to adopt AI.

Finding opportunities is one thing; capturing them is another. We look honestly at whether your people's skills, your current tools, and your ways of working can support AI in production — and what needs strengthening first.

  3. 03

    Your data.

We verify that the information your company holds is good enough — in quality, structure, and security — for AI to use. This is the most common reason AI projects fail, so we check it first.

  4. 04

    The plan and the numbers.

We pick the best opportunities, attach a cost and an expected return to each, put them in the right order, and lay it all out as a clear, step-by-step plan.

  5. 05

    Your regulatory exposure (Pro package).

A high-level check of where each recommended AI task sits under the EU AI Act risk tiers and which GDPR questions it raises. Practical guidance that flags what needs attention — and when it's worth involving your lawyers.

What you get

An AI deployment plan your leadership can act on — a written document where every recommended task comes with a cost, a return, and a payback period. Inside it:

  • A prioritized roadmap — what to do, in what order, with milestones and dependencies, covering 6, 9, or 12 months depending on package.
  • A business case for every recommended task — what it costs you today, what AI would do instead, how you'll know it's working (KPIs), deployment cost, running cost, expected return, ROI, and payback period.
  • Data audit — a structured assessment of your data sources (availability, quality, structure, ownership, security/PII, ML-readiness), each with a readiness scorecard and a prioritized fix list.
  • AI Readiness Score — a 0–100 snapshot of where you stand today across five areas: strategy, people & skills, processes, technology & tools, data. Context for the plan — not the point of it.
  • Compliance overview (Pro package) — each recommended AI task classified under the EU AI Act risk tiers, with the obligations that follow, GDPR impacts, an AI Act deadline calendar, and a prioritized checklist with owners.
  • And when it's done: a 90-minute final workshop with your team — online or in person — walking through everything and handing over the materials.
It pays for itself. Automating even a single process typically saves far more than this plan costs. The entire point of the plan is to find those savings in your company before you spend anything on the build. Real examples below.

Three packages. One outcome: a plan you can act on.

Every package delivers a clear AI deployment plan for your company. They differ in how much of your company we examine, how many tasks we build a business case for, and how far ahead we plan.

* Depending on your situation.

** Each business case covers one task we recommend handing to AI — worked out with a deployment plan, KPIs to measure success, and ROI with payback period (where the data allows).

  • One revision round included. Delivery language: English or Czech.
  • Delivery timelines assume prompt cooperation on your side (responses in days, not weeks).
  • Materials and data you share for the audit are processed in the EU, and only to the extent the audit requires; where personal data is involved, a GDPR data processing agreement (DPA) applies.

The plan is written by the people who can build it

Plenty of firms will hand you a thick report and leave the rest to you. Others sell you software and hope you figure it out. We do both ends: we plan and we build. So the plan is written by the same people who can put it into production — which keeps it honest, realistic, and free of recommendations that can't actually be shipped.

  • Fixed price, agreed upfront. You know exactly what you're paying for.
  • Delivered in 4–8 weeks from kick-off. The concrete date is agreed before we start.
  • EU AI Act and GDPR handled in the plan (Pro), not bolted on afterwards.
  • Your data stays in Europe, processed from Prague.
  • Vendor-agnostic. We build the plan on what makes sense for you and what you already use — Microsoft, Google, or AWS — and never push you onto one platform.
  • Checked from every angle. Business, data, cybersecurity, legal, and finance experience goes into your plan — we bring the relevant background into each project, so no recommendation ships with a blind spot.
  • Built for normal-sized companies, not just large corporations — at a fraction of what the big advisory houses charge.
The plan is yours. No strings. Execute it with us, hand it to another supplier, or keep it for later. It obligates you to nothing.

What this doesn't include

So there are no surprises — the assessment ends with the plan. Separate, separately priced engagements:

  • Implementation — building the recommended solutions
  • The optional launch-ready pilot project
  • Third-party software or AI tool licenses
  • Data cleaning, remediation, and migration
  • Binding legal or tax advice (we flag and recommend; we don't issue binding opinions)
  • Ongoing operations, maintenance, and support after handover

Frequently asked questions

No — it's the planning phase of deployment. The difference: the people writing your plan are the same engineers who build these systems for a living, and every recommendation comes with a cost, a return, and a payback period. You're not buying opinions; you're buying a deployment plan. Whether we build it, someone else does, or you wait — the plan is yours.
